All repair requests must be submitted via the ONEprop Tenant Portal
Your lease requires all repair requests be submitted in writing (no phone calls). In order to make this easy for you and to provide a tracking of your request we have created the tenant portal for you.
If you are having a fire or water emergency - Please contact your local emergency organization (call 911) then notify us at (866) 836-7260. This number is for emergency notification only; please do not call this number for non-emergency issues.
If you have multiple issues please list all issues on a single request. It is not necessary to generate a separate request for each maintenance issue. While completing the Maintenance Request Form, items with an * indicate a required field
